City College Peterborough is seeking a quality-focused Wellbeing Admin Officer to support the wellbeing team. You will help ensure learners have access to wellbeing resources and liaise with stakeholders, parents and learners to keep activities running smoothly.
Working alongside Wellbeing Officers, you will chair meetings with external agencies, update records in the college management system, schedule Wellbeing meetings and help create Risk Assessments/Health Care Plans to safeguard learners.

A forward thinker, with a positive “can do”, “will do” approach, together with the ability to work with others including Stakeholders, parents and learners is essential. You will naturally work to put our learners at the heart of everything you do.
The Wellbeing Admin Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring that students have access to the wellbeing resources and support they need to succeed. Working closely with the Wellbeing Officers, you will assist with the day-to-day administration of the wellbeing team, ensuring that our wellbeing initiatives run smoothly and are accessible to all learners.
