Job summary

Concept Resources is recruiting a Wellbeing Officer for a public sector client in Peterborough. This is a full-time, office-based role covering short-term sickness.

You will support the wellbeing of staff and service users, promote a positive, safe working environment, and maintain confidential records. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am–5:30pm, 37 hours per week, on-site with a competitive daily rate.

Qualifications

• Experience in wellbeing, support or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
• Organised with good attention to detail.
• Able to work on-site, 5 days per week.

We are currently recruiting for a Wellbeing Officer to support a public sector organisation in Peterborough. This is a full-time, office-based role covering short-term sickness.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (37 hours per week)
