Job summary

St Catherine's Hospice in the United Kingdom is seeking a Wellbeing Specialist to support the delivery of the Wellbeing-Only Referral Pathway and contribute to the development of the Wellbeing Centre. You will work as part of the Wellbeing Team to provide holistic support for patients and families.

The role emphasizes proactive, innovative approaches to improving patient care, with a permanent, full-time contract and a 37.5-hour work week, Monday to Friday.

St Catherine's Hospice is a respected local charity providing specialist hospice care alongside statutory service partners (GPs, District nursing etc) across West Sussex and East Surrey. The Role:

This post is offered on a permanent, full time basis, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm.

About You:

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to support the delivery of our new Wellbeing-Only Referral Pathway. We are seeking a dynamic, positive, and motivated individual who is passionate about service development and improving patient care. This role offers the chance to lead and contribute to the ongoing development of the Wellbeing Centre, while working as an integral member of the wider Wellbeing Team. The successful candidate will be proactive, innovative, and committed to delivering high-quality holistic support, helping to shape and enhance our wellbeing services for patients and those important to them.

A Wellbeing Specialist will bring:
