Job summary

St Catherine's Hospice in the United Kingdom is seeking a Wellbeing Specialist to support the delivery of the Wellbeing-Only Referral Pathway and contribute to the development of the Wellbeing Centre. You will work as part of the Wellbeing Team to provide holistic support for patients and families.

The role emphasizes proactive, innovative approaches to improving patient care, with a permanent, full-time contract and a 37.5-hour work week, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Good organisational & administrative skills, with ability to plan workload.
• Experience and/or qualification in a health or social care setting.
• Proactive, innovative, and committed to delivering high-quality holistic support.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the Wellbeing-Only Referral Pathway.
• Lead and contribute to ongoing development of the Wellbeing Centre.
• Work as an integral member of the wider Wellbeing Team to improve patient care.
