Job summary

The Ministry of Justice seeks an establishment-based Welfare Delivery and Wellbeing Coordinator to implement and support an overarching Welfare Delivery and Wellbeing Framework within prisons. The role focuses on coordinating local reflective practice, improving staff resilience, confidence, and retention, and ensuring effective wellbeing practices through strong stakeholder collaboration.

You will advise Governors and Senior Leaders, promote wellbeing initiatives, and work with internal teams

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver local reflective practice sessions to identified staff cohorts.
• Ensure trained reflective practitioners are released to attend planned sessions.
• Promote PAM Reflective sessions and drive engagement with Wellbeing events.
• Collaborate with MOJ HR and other stakeholders to improve staff wellbeing and attendance.
• Provide specialist advice on staff absences and mental health concerns.
