Lincoln Minster School in Lincoln is seeking a Wellbeing Co-ordinator to support the pastoral and emotional well-being of pupils. The role operates Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, term time only, with the option for a job share for suitable candidates.

The successful candidate will contribute to safeguarding and pastoral systems, working with Heads of Year, safeguarding teams and senior leaders. The post involves promoting positive mental health, resilience, and wellbeing across the school community,

Responsabilidades

• Student wellbeing and mental health support.
• Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead duties.
• Pastoral data management (including STEER).
• First aid provision.
• Effective communication with families and external agencies.
