Job summary

Lincoln Minster School in Lincoln is seeking a compassionate Wellbeing Co-ordinator to support the pastoral and emotional wellbeing of our pupils. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, term time only, with the possibility of a job share for the right candidates.

The successful candidate will support student wellbeing, safeguarding, and pastoral systems, working closely with Heads of Year, the safeguarding team and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience in pastoral support and safeguarding preferred.
• Ability to analyse pastoral data and contribute to safeguarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Support student wellbeing and mental health across the school.
• Perform Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead duties as required.
• Maintain pastoral data including STEER and other records.
• Provide first aid and respond to welfare concerns.
• Communicate effectively with families and external agencies.
