Job summary

Lordship Farm Primary School is seeking a warm, compassionate Pastoral Co-ordinator to join our Inclusion and Pastoral Team. You will support children who may need extra help to navigate school life, deliver wellbeing interventions and build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children or supporting emotional wellbeing is preferred.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Willingness to undertake relevant training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted wellbeing interventions and help children navigate school life.
• Support successful transitions and work with families as needed.
• Be the trusted adult who helps a child reset and get back to learning.
• Help develop support and risk-reduction plans at the school level.
• Contribute to ensuring each child receives the right support at the right time.
