Job summary

St Mary’s Care Group in Lincoln is seeking a warm and enthusiastic Wellbeing Assistant to join the Lincoln Manor team. You will plan and deliver activities that suit residents’ interests, creating a social and inclusive environment while supporting hobbies and community events.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to individual residents.
• Create a warm, inclusive and social environment.
• Support residents in maintaining existing hobbies and discovering new ones.
• Organise social events, seasonal celebrations and community involvement.
• Coordinate outings and excursions to promote wellbeing.
• Work with care staff and families to support holistic wellbeing.
• Record participation and feedback to ensure meaningful engagement.
