Job summary

Champneys is seeking an enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant for our esteemed venues in the United Kingdom. You will have full knowledge of menus, dietary considerations and nutrition to guide guests in making choices.

You will deliver excellent service, upsell where appropriate and act as an ambassador for Champneys, ensuring the F&B area stays inviting and well presented. Responsibilities include taking reservations, serving drinks and meals, and maintaining hygiene and stock in line with

Qualifications

• Knowledge of menu items and dietary needs
• Excellent customer service and upselling skills
• Ability to answer guest queries about nutrition and calorific values
• Professional and courteous attitude at all times
• Willingness to be an ambassador for Champneys and drive F&B sales

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of F&B areas to hotel standards
• Take reservations and deliver food and beverages to guests
• Provide accurate information on menus and nutritional values
• Upsell drinks and menu items where appropriate
• Prepare restaurant and bar areas for service and ensure hygiene standards are met
• Rotate bar stocks and manage food and beverage displays
