Job summary

Champneys is seeking Food and Beverage Assistants who know menus, ingredients, and daily offerings. You will provide consistent, friendly service, be courteous, professional, and help drive sales within the F&B department as an ambassador for Champneys.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, inviting F&B area, upselling beverages and meals, taking reservations and orders, and advising guests on dietary needs and menu choices.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to upsell without being pushy.
• Knowledge of dietary needs and nutrition considerations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a well-presented F&B area in line with Champneys standards.
• Provide accurate information on menus, ingredients, and dietary options.
• Take reservations and serve food and drinks, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Assist with stocking, rotation of bar stocks and sales displays.
• Upsell where appropriate to enhance guest experience and revenue.
