• Support the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure effective management on the floor.
• Ensure the team are fully trained in all aspects of the restaurant, café, and conference area.
• Coordinate service to run smoothly across all areas.
• Promote guest wellbeing and provide nutritional information to guests.
