Champneys Forest Mere in United Kingdom is seeking an enthusiastic F&B team member to provide exceptional service and drive sales within the Food & Beverage department. You will work under the guidance of senior staff to maintain high restaurant standards and guest satisfaction.

Role focuses on supervising staff, briefing on daily menus, and ensuring dietary requirements are clearly communicated to the team. A passion for wellbeing and hospitality is essential for this luxury brand.

Qualifications

• Provide consistent levels of excellent service to guests.
• Assist in day-to-day running of the department and brief staff on bookings and offerings.
• Supervise and assign tasks to ensure daily closing and presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day running of the department and ensure staff are briefed on guests, bookings and food offerings.
• With the F&B Senior Team, maintain high standards of professional service in restaurant areas.
• Supervise tasks to ensure daily cleaning and presentation of restaurants and service areas.
• Assist with pre-service briefings and check daily menus with the senior chef on duty.
• Ensure dietary sheets are provided for guests with specific requirements.
• Support F&B Assistants with training and supervise services.
• Document all sales and forward room charge receipts to front of house.
