Job summary

Champneys is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant on a full-time basis. You will have complete working knowledge of menus and ingredients, ensuring consistent, high-quality service while driving sales in the F&B department.

You will be courteous, professional, and passionate about wellbeing, with duties including taking reservations, serving drinks and meals, upselling, maintaining cleanliness, and advising guests on dietary needs.

Qualifications

• Complete working knowledge of the menus and ingredients.
• Ability to advise guests on menu choices considering dietary needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a well-presented F&B area to match guest expectations.
• Take reservations and deliver food and beverages.
• Upsell where appropriate to drive sales.
• Rotate bar stocks and keep displays aligned with guidelines.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in dining and cellar areas.
