Job summary

Champneys is seeking a proactive Food and Beverage Assistant on a zero-hour contract. You will use your knowledge of the menus, ingredients and daily specials to deliver consistent, friendly service and upsell where appropriate.

You will be the ambassador for Champneys in our dining and bar areas, maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation, handling reservations and serving guests with warmth and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of menus and dietary options.
• Ability to advise guests on menu choices and dietary needs.
• Professional and courteous demeanour.
• Willingness to upsell and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent levels of excellent service to guests.
• Serve guests, take reservations, deliver food and beverages.
