Job summary

Ty Llandaff Care Home in Cardiff offers luxury nursing and residential care. The Activities Coordinator role delivers engaging, person-centred activities to promote wellbeing, independence and social interaction.

You will plan and deliver a varied programme of group and one-to-one activities tailored to individual interests and care needs, building strong relationships to support inclusive participation for all, including those living with dementia.

Qualifications

• A creative, organised and enthusiastic approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging activities.
• A genuine interest in supporting older people.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in activities or a similar role is beneficial, however candidates with transferable skills from roles such as hospitality, events, childcare or community work are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
