Job summary

Caron Group in Swansea SA1 is seeking a Wellbeing / Activities Coordinator to enrich residents' lives through tailored programmes and engaging events. You will support the Wellbeing Lead in creating plans that promote wellbeing and participation for all residents.

You will organise outings, manage activity planners, and build community links to ensure a respectful, dignified, and person-centred experience for every resident under your care.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Adults), Wales and Northern Ireland.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in elderly care and activity roles.
• Ability to plan meaningful activities and work with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Assist Wellbeing Lead in creating engaging activity programmes.
• Organise events, outings and in-house activities within budget.
• Develop partnerships with the community to enrich resident experiences.
• Maintain person-centred care approaches and document preferences.
