• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Plan and deliver a varied programme of group and one-to-one activities.
• Tailor activities to individual interests, abilities and care needs.
• Build strong relationships with residents, including those living with dementia.
• Work as part of the wider team to create a positive, stimulating environment.
• Role open to both experienced candidates and those new to care with training and support.
