Job summary

The Fedcap Group in Guildford is seeking a Health & Wellbeing Facilitator to support individuals facing barriers to employment through one-to-one coaching and group workshops. You will empower clients to build confidence, resilience and progress toward work goals, in a role that blends health promotion with employability support.

This hybrid opportunity covers Guildford and nearby areas. Applicants should have experience in health promotion and wellbeing, with strong coaching and collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience in health promotion or wellbeing support.
• Experience aiding individuals with physical and/or mental health challenges.
• Experience delivering workshops or group interventions in person and online.
• Strong coaching, engagement and motivational skills.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
• Knowledge of local health, wellbeing and community services.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised health and wellbeing interventions.
• Conduct holistic biopsychosocial assessments and create tailored action plans.
• Lead workshops and group sessions on wellbeing and employability.
• Promote self-management techniques for long-term wellbeing.
• Coordinate with Employment Advisors and delivery teams for integrated support.
• Participate in case conferences and contribute wellbeing insights.
• Build relationships with local healthcare providers and community partners.
