Fedcap Employment in Guildford (DWP Restart Scheme) is seeking a people-focused advisor to help long-term unemployed individuals secure sustainable work. You’ll deliver tailored one-to-one support and face-to-face appointments to build confidence and remove barriers.

Responsibilities include managing a caseload, creating SMART action plans, guiding job searches, and collaborating with external services to tackle complex challenges. Strong empathy and resilience are essential.

Qualifications

• Background in target-driven roles and delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards.
• Ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those with complex needs.
• Experience in fast-paced customer-facing environments.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with accurate record-keeping.
