Hamberley Care Homes is seeking an Activities Coordinator (Wellbeing Coach) at Thames Wood House in Wargrave. You’ll develop and organise enrichment and wellbeing activities on a weekly and monthly schedule while getting to know residents as individuals.

You’ll learn their hobbies, interests, and work with colleagues and families to ensure residents can keep doing what they love, hosting workshops, outings, and events that celebrate every resident’s unique life.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a desire to make people’s lives more enjoyable.
• Experience in residential care or similar transferable skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication for care planning and documentation.

• Develop enrichment and wellbeing activities on a weekly and monthly schedule.
