Hamberley Care Management Limited in Oxford seeks an enthusiastic Wellbeing Assistant to support residents with enrichment and wellbeing activities. You will help design weekly and monthly activity schedules, learn residents’ interests, and collaborate with families and staff to keep people engaged and happy at Chawley Grove.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and empathy to engage residents.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of local communities and events.
• Experience in residential care settings preferred.
• Experience with care planning documentation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with enrichment and wellbeing activities on a weekly and monthly schedule.
• Develop and run daily activities and events in the home.
• Get to know residents and tailor activities to individual interests.
• Help colleagues with wellbeing initiatives and foster a positive living environment.
