About the Role

As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, you will support the Wellbeing Coordinator in delivering activities that promote residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a safe environment and contributing to the professional image of the home.
  • Reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional conditions.
  • Supporting with supplies for activities.
  • Establishing links with the local community to promote intergenerational activities.
About You

  • Have effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have a positive attitude towards older people and a commitment to engaging activities.
