This role involves supporting the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. The successful candidate will be warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated, with a positive attitude towards older people and a commitment to providing quality activities and social events.
As Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, your focus will be to support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. Other responsibilities will include maintaining a safe living and working environment, contributing to the positive and professional image of the home, reporting any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition, supporting with ordering and preparing supplies for upcoming activities, and establishing links with the local community to encourage access to the wider community and promote intergenerational activity.
