Job summary

Nuffield Health in central London is seeking a Fitness and Wellbeing Advisor to support a corporate client’s Wellness programme. You’ll manage administration across multiple services and help ensure high standards of service and data accuracy.

Key duties include budget and invoice management, SOP and policy coordination, presentations, website updates, and handling employee and vendor queries. You’ll work mainly in-office within a busy, professional team.

Qualifications

• Comfortable in a highly professional and dynamic office environment, working within a busy team.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and administration skills.
• Experience of systems management and process development.
• Project management experience and working knowledge of Wellness products is ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Budget and invoice management: Coordinate Wellness budgets and invoice processes, including tracking expenditure and reconciling.</br>Wellness SOPs: Develop, review and maintain Wellness standard operating procedures.</br>Wellness policies: Review and maintain Wellness policies with stakeholders for consistent implementation.
• Presentation creation: Create clear, professional presentations and materials for meetings and communications.
• WEX website support: Update and quality-check Wellness Exchange content.
• Employee queries: Manage queries and track cases through resolution.
• KY3P delegate: Act as Wellness KY3P delegate for the EMEA Head of Wellness.
• EMEA First Aid strategy support: Coordinate and support delivery of the EMEA First Aid strategy.
• Vendor management and contract renewals: Track vendors, renewals, and governance discussions.
• Project management: Assist Wellness Project Manager with planning through delivery and timelines.
• Programming support: Coordinate Wellness programming logistics, speaker liaison, and invoicing.
