Job summary

Merriman Grange, a Cinnamon Care Collection home in Worthing, seeks a flexible Wellbeing & Lifestyle Coordinator to cover annual leave and ad hoc sickness. The role is on an as-and-when basis with advance rotas, focusing on activities and volunteer programming for residents.

Responsibilities include creating engaging activity plans, organising events, and communicating programmes to residents, staff, and the local community, to enhance independence and social engagement in the home.

Responsibilities

• Organise and conduct activities that encourage social, mental and physical stimulation.
• Help organise fund raising events.
• Help organise special events such as Christmas entertainment and royal occasions.
• Produce a monthly programme of events for discussion with the General Manager.
• Encourage residents and team members to participate in the activities programme.
• Maintain posters and notice boards within the home.
