Mariposa Care is hiring a Wellbeing Coordinator for Holly Lodge. You’ll help residents enjoy meaningful daily activities, building personal stories into engaging programs, with training and DBS checks provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or supporting residents in daily activities.
• Good command of English and basic numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Get to know each resident personally, building life stories into meaningful activities.
• Plan and deliver a calendar of group activities, one-to-one moments and special events.
• Motivate residents to participate in activities that boost wellbeing.
• Support residents to maintain connections with family and local community.
• Take photos of events for newsletters and social media.
