Job summary

Bupa Huddersfield is seeking a Lifestyle & Wellness Co-ordinator (Bank) at Cleveland House Care Home, Edgerton. You will create a vibrant activity program to enrich residents’ lives, planning arts, crafts, quizzes and outings with a compassionate, social approach.

You’ll run daily activity sessions, manage a budget for activities, and collaborate with care teams and local suppliers to arrange events, birthdays, and one-to-one reminiscence sessions that support well-being and happiness.

Qualifications

• Creative thinker with ideas for activities.
• Able to manage budgets and paperwork.
• Able to prioritize tasks and coordinate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Run morning and afternoon activity sessions.
• Produce and update an activity planner within budget.
• Organise birthday surprises for residents.
• Liaise with external companies and local performers for days out/events.
• Organise one-to-ones with residents using reminiscence tools or chats.
• Support the home's social media channels as required.
