Job summary

Bupa's Cleveland House Care Home in Edgerton, Huddersfield, is seeking a Lifestyle & Wellness Co-ordinator on a bank contract. The role focuses on vibrant, resident-centered activities from arts and crafts to garden parties, tailored to individual needs.

You'll lead activity sessions, manage budgets, organise events with local partners, and provide one-to-one interactions to support residents' wellbeing. Full-time bank role with flexible patterns and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Creative thinker with ideas for residents' activities and events.
• Ability to manage budgets and maintain paperwork.
• Strong care focus with enthusiasm and sense of humour.

Responsibilities

• Run morning and afternoon activity sessions.
• Produce and update an activity planner within a set budget.
• Organise birthday surprises for residents.
• Liaise with local community performers to arrange days out/events.
• Arrange one-to-one activities with residents including reminiscence, puzzles, reading, or tea chats.
• Support the home's social media channels as required.
