Job summary

You will listen to residents and families to build life stories, plan monthly wellbeing and activity schedules, arrange events and outings, involve staff and relatives, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment that reflects Avery’s caring culture.

Qualifications

• Provide activities to engage residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being.
• Identify life histories, needs and preferences to develop a detailed life story.
• Plan and submit monthly activity and wellbeing plans to the Home Manager.
• Encourage involvement of staff, relatives and visitors.
• Maintain a safe living and working environment while contributing to the home's positive image.
