Qualifications

• Excellent communication, empathy and a passion for improving residents' lives.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to motivate yourself.
• Interest in the local area and knowledge of community groups.
• Experience in residential care or similar transferable skills.
• Good verbal and written communication for care planning and activity records.

Responsibilities

• Support residents, families and colleagues to make things happen.
• Plan and run enrichment and wellbeing activities weekly and monthly.
• Get to know residents and tailor activities to their interests.
• Support daily activities and run events in the home.
• Promote wellbeing and inspire a positive living environment.
