Hamberley Care Management Limited is seeking an enthusiastic Wellbeing Assistant to join Elstow Manor in Bedford. You’ll help residents enjoy enriching activities, support families, and contribute to a warm, inclusive community.

You’ll work with a great team to organise weekly and monthly wellbeing programs, learn residents’ interests, and lead activities that make every day meaningful.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, empathy, and a desire to improve residents' lives.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to motivate others.
• Experience in residential care or similar transferable skills.

Responsibilities

• Support residents, families, and colleagues as the wellbeing assistant.
• Run enrichment and wellbeing activities on a weekly and monthly schedule.
• Learn residents' hobbies and coordinate activities with families to keep them engaged.
• Support daily activities and events in the home.
• Promote wellbeing and inspire a positive living environment within the home.
