O’Neill and Brennan is recruiting for a Welfare Cleaner to start on a busy construction site in Stafford. You will keep the site clean, safe, and well‑organised for all operatives, with BPSS clearance required and a CSCS card to work on site.

This ongoing role offers weekly pay, a £50 voucher via the O&B referral scheme, and opportunities for further training and long-term work for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card is required for site access.
• BPSS clearance is mandatory before BPSS checks can be submitted.
• Welfare experience on construction sites is preferred.
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean welfare units and site toilets.
• Clean tools, equipment, and storage areas.
• Maintain clean site office areas.
• General upkeep to ensure a safe, hygienic environment.
• Work independently and use initiative to manage tasks.
