Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is seeking a Welfare Cleaner for a construction project in Brentford. The role is long term temporary with an hourly rate of £16.50. Duties include cleaning site cabins, canteens, toilets and communal areas, plus waste disposal and restocking facilities.

Experience in a similar on-site role is preferred; CSCS card is required. You will work with PPE and may lift equipment, with flexibility for hours before, during, or after site operations.

Qualifications

• Must have CSCS Card
• 1 year cleaning experience preferred
• Valid ID/Passport
• Full PPE (Hard hat, hi-vis and safety boots)

Responsibilities

• Site cabins/Offices and reception areas.
• Canteen/kitchen facilities.
• Toilets.
• Corridors.
• Communal areas.
• Emptying the bins, taking out the rubbish and recycling.
• Wiping down and sanitizing surfaces.
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking restrooms/kitchen area.
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming the floors.
• Keeping all communal site toilets and washing facilities clean.
• Keeping drying room in general state of cleanness.
