Job summary

BMSL Group Ltd in Port Talbot is seeking a Welfare Cleaner to support an ongoing construction-site contract. You will clean welfare facilities, common areas, offices and the canteen to a high standard.

The role runs Mon–Fri 10:00–20:00, around 47.5 paid hours per week, at a rate of £14.50 per hour. A Green CSCS card and previous site-cleaning experience are required, with a pre-placement drugs and alcohol test arranged at no cost.

Qualifications

• CSCS green card required.
• Experience cleaning on construction sites.
• Willing to undertake pre-placement drugs and alcohol test.

Job description

BMSL require an Welfare Cleaner for an ongoing contract on a construction site in Port Talbot, within the old steel works.

You will be required to clean common areas, welfare facilities together with offices and canteen.

We offer the Welfare Cleaner ( Construction Site) :

• Ongoing Welfare Cleaner Contract
• Welfare Cleaner Contract Rate £14.50 per hour
• Welfare Cleaner Working hours - Mon to Fri - 10:00- 20:00
• Welfare Cleaner Paid Hours 47.5 hours per week.
• Welfare Cleaner Career Progression Available

As a minimum you will require a Green CSCS card and previous site cleaning experience additionally you will be required to undertake at no cost to you a pre-placement Drugs and Alcohol Test.
