Job summary

BMSL Group Ltd is seeking a part-time Welfare Cleaner for an ongoing contract on a Port Talbot construction site. You will clean common areas, welfare facilities, offices and the canteen, ensuring hygiene standards are met. The role offers 47.5 hours per week at £14.50 per hour, typically Mon to Fri with 6-hour days.

A Green CSCS card and previous site cleaning experience are required, and a pre-placement Drugs and Alcohol test will be undertaken at no cost to you.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: Green CSCS card and site cleaning experience.
• Experience cleaning welfare facilities on construction sites is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas, welfare facilities together with offices and canteen.
• Maintain cleanliness across site facilities as required.

We offer the Welfare Cleaner ( Construction Site) :

• Ongoing Welfare Cleaner Contract
• Welfare Cleaner Contract Rate £14.50 per hour
• Welfare Cleaner Working hours - Mon to Fri - 6 hour days
