South Staffordshire Council is seeking a Welfare Services Officer to join the Welfare Team at The Community Hub, Codsall. The role involves helping residents access discretionary payments and practical advice, with a focus on accurate case handling and sensitive customer service.

The post supports hybrid working and may require up to 37 hours per week; part-time considered. Interviews 17–18 November 2026.
