We are seeking a Welfare Officer to join our client at their Wethersfield site. The organization provides accommodation services across the UK, serving both government and charitable sectors.
The Welfare Officer is responsible for providing advice and safeguarding support to Service Users onsite. The primary goal at Wethersfield is to offer temporary, safe accommodation to Service Users.
Key responsibilities include:
Working hours are a 48-hour week with 12-hour day and night shifts: Day shift from 7:00 to 19:00, Night shift from 19:00 to 7:00.
