Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years welding, manufacturing, or related experience.
• 2–4 years of supervisory or lead experience in welding/fabrication.
• Certification in Stick and MIG welding; proficiency in FCAW and TIG.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily welding/fabrication activities.
• Assign work, track productivity, ensure on-time project completion.
• Train and mentor welding team members.
• Enforce safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, weld symbols.
• Perform quality inspections and maintain equipment.
