Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment seeks an experienced Welder to transition into a training role in Coventry. You will deliver both theoretical and practical welding training to apprentices and industry learners, leveraging your welding expertise in a professional training environment.

The ideal candidate has Level 3 welding/fabrication qualifications and hands-on experience across TIG, MIG/MAG and MMA processes, with a passion for developing apprentices and maintaining high training standards.

Qualifications

• Strong practical welding experience and Level 3 qualification.
• Industrial experience in welding and fabrication.
• Knowledge of TIG, MIG/MAG and MMA welding processes.
• Passionate about supporting and developing apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver theoretical and practical welding training to apprentices and commercial learners.
• Train across TIG, MIG/MAG and MMA welding processes.
• Support learners in developing practical competence and industry knowledge.
• Ensure a safe, well-equipped training environment.
