Unlike a traditional college environment, the organisation focuses on industry specific, tailored training, meaning you will work with learners who expect a high level of technical knowledge and practical credibility.
You will deliver both theoretical and practical training across Level 2 Advanced Manufacturing Engineering programmes, alongside commercial welding courses for experienced adults and industry professionals.
The successful candidate will also take ownership of the welding area, ensuring equipment, resources and facilities are maintained to a high standard and that learners have a safe, clean and professional environment in which to train.
The ideal candidate will be a strong practical welder with a Level 3 qualification in Welding, Fabrication or a similar discipline, with experience across TIG, MIG/MAG and MMA.
