Job summary

Kpa Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Trainee Welder in Halesfield, Telford. You will learn and develop welding and fabrication skills while working closely with veteran welders on real tasks.

The role runs Monday to Thursday 7am–4pm and Friday 7am–1pm. Candidates should have a level 2 or 3 NVQ or City & Guilds in welding and a strong focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• NVQ Levels 2 or 3 in Fabrication and Welding Engineering.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Interest in welding and fabrication as a career.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines in the workshop.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in training sessions and demonstrate a willingness to learn and improve welding skills.

As a Trainee Welder, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the field of fabrication and welding. This position will be based in Halesfield, Telford.
