Job summary

TR2 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Welding & Fabrication Instructor to join a Worcester-based training provider. You will deliver practical and theory-based welding and fabrication training to apprentices, guide learners through their qualifications, and teach a range of welding techniques and workshop practices.

The successful candidate will have strong industrial welding experience across MIG, TIG and ARC processes, be able to read engineering drawings, and communicate effectively to support

• Strong industrial welding/fabrication experience.
• Experience with MIG/TIG/ARC welding processes.
• Able to read engineering drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and theory-based welding and fabrication training to apprentices.
• Support learners through their qualifications, assessments and practical development.
• Teach a range of welding techniques, fabrication processes and workshop practices.
• Provide guidance, feedback and mentoring to build industry-ready skills.
• Maintain a safe, professional and engaging workshop environment.
