Job summary

Proactive Technical Limited in Bedfordshire is seeking skilled welders/fabricators to join our responsive shop floor. The role focuses on MIG welding and fabrication, primarily with stainless steel and some aluminium, delivering precise workmanship.

You'll work Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm with overtime available. The rate is £16-£18 per hour, depending on experience, and immediate start following interview.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in MIG welding or fabrication.
• Ability to work in a team and use initiative.
• Excellent attention to detail to follow processes.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow accurate drawings and procedures.

Responsibilities

• MIG welding and fabrication work daily.
• Work with stainless steel and some aluminium.
• Follow drawings and procedures precisely.
• Complete tasks within standard working hours and overtime as required.

More about the role:

• Hours - 8.00am-4.30pm Monday to Friday (Overtime available)
• Start date: ASAP following interview process
• Rate: £16-£18 per hour
