DCS group in Burnley is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our growing engineering manufacturing team. The role covers MIG/MAG and TIG welding, fabrication, and reading drawings, with a clear path to long-term career stability.

Shifts available include Days, Twilight, or Night; permanent contract; overtime opportunities with generous rates (£24.32 per hour overtime; £32.42 per hour Sundays). Salary £33,716 - £45,260 per year.

We are looking for experienced Skilled Welder / Fabricators to join a growing engineering manufacturer. Due to continued expansion and increased customer demand, the business is looking to strengthen its welding team with skilled individuals who can produce high-quality work within a fast-paced engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• MIG/MAG and TIG welding
• Fabrication and assembly of engineered products
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Working to strict quality standards and procedures
• Maintaining product traceability and completing quality documentation
• Operating welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
• Working collaboratively within a production team

Key Skills

• Time-served Welder/Fabricator, apprenticeship trained, formally qualified or able to demonstrate equivalent industry experience
• Previous welding and fabrication experience within a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Coded welding experience
