The Job People are seeking a Mig Welder for an immediate start in a busy factory environment in Swadlincote. The role involves Mig or Tack welding on steel bars / rebar, with a 44-hour week and overtime opportunities.

Pay ranges from £14.00 to £14.50 per hour, with increases as skills develop. Typical hours are Monday to Thursday 7am–5pm and Friday 7am–4pm, with a straightforward path to permanent employment on successful performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Mig welding production environments.
• Ability to perform basic welding tasks on steel bars / rebar.
