Job summary

Venatu Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced MIG/MAG Welder for a busy UK production site. This is a full-time, permanent role with an immediate start and a 39-hour week.

You will be part of a team, producing high-quality welded components to tight standards. The ideal candidate has at least three years of MIG/MAG welding experience, can perform multi-run fillet welds and butt welds, and can work accurately using your own initiative.

• 39 hours per week basic:
• Monday to Thursday: 07.30 to 16.30
• Friday: 07.00 to 12.00
• Overtime is available.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced MIG/MAG Welder to join a busy production environment for an immediate start. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled MIG/MAG Welder to secure a long term position with a full order book and plenty of work going forward.

As a MIG/MAG Welder, you will be responsible for producing high quality welded components on time and in line with required quality standards. The successful MIG/MAG Welder will have a minimum of three years' welding experience and be confident carrying out multi run fillet welds and butt welding using MIG/MAG processes.

You will work as part of a team while also being able to work effectively and accurately using your own initiative. Submerged Arc welding experience would be beneficial, although it is not essential.

Key responsibilities
