Travail Employment Group is seeking a skilled MIG Welder for a permanent role in the Harrogate area, serving nearby towns such as Ripon. You will work from engineering drawings to produce standard and more complex fabrications, with potential to broaden skills across the business.

Qualifications

MIG Welder

£15.00 - £16.25 per hour (including production bonus)

We're looking for an experienced MIG Welder to join a well-established manufacturing business on a permanent basis. You'll be working from engineering drawings to produce both standard and more complex fabrications, with opportunities to develop your skills across the wider business.

This role offers a supportive working environment, consistent overtime, and clear progression opportunities.

What we're looking for:

• Strong MIG welding experience (TIG skills desirable but not essential)
• Ability to produce high-quality, accurate welds
• Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Competent in measuring and preparing materials
• Experience setting up and operating welding and fabrication equipment
• Familiarity with a range of fabrication machinery
• Experience using cutting and grinding tools
• Comfortable working in a team within a target-driven production environment
