Job Description
Receptionist / Welcome Host for a multi-occupied office building in Central London, managing visitor bookings, liaising with the Client to report maintenance issues, welcoming guests and visitors. Implementing concierge services and creating a lasting impression for all visitors to the building. As part of a team of three, you will be the face of the building, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere through your interpersonal skills.
Hours: 8am - 5pm
Qualifications
Knowledge or previous experience in a receptionist / Front of House role would be ideal. Good customer service background (hotels or similar), high organisational skills, and attention to detail. Experience working in a small team.
