Responsibilities

• Process vehicle movements and site resources daily.
• Coordinate fleet and driver resources for efficiency.
• Liaise with customers, drivers, planners and teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maintain records and transport databases.
• Support centralised transport plans.
• Manage drivers day-to-day and ensure compliance.
• Work with maintenance, sites, planning offices.
• Conduct site inductions.
• Monitor and investigate customer complaints.
• Ensure tachograph records are analysed.
• Support vehicle presentation and housekeeping.
• Follow Health, Safety, Environmental and IMS procedures.
